A note on turnaround times. The delivery times shown are for short-form and ad edits. Long-form videos, including YouTube videos and brand films, may take longer depending on length and complexity. We will always confirm the expected delivery window before we start.

How does billing work on longer packages?

Whether you are on a 3 or 6 month package, you are billed monthly. No large upfront payments. The commitment is in the contract, not the invoice.

Can I change my package once I am on a retainer?

Yes. At the point of renewal we can move you to a different tier based on what your content schedule needs. We review this together at the end of month two.​

What if I need something outside my package?

Get in touch and we will work something out. Custom requests are handled on a case by case basis and priced fairly based on what is involved.
